What the service is

Eulogy Writer uses an AI model to draft eulogies from the answers you provide. The drafts are a starting point. AI can make mistakes, so you are responsible for reading, checking and editing anything before you use it. Do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial matters.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. The service is not offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

Your content

Only submit information you have the right to share. Do not submit medical details, addresses, phone numbers, account numbers or private information about living people. You keep the rights to your answers, and you may use the drafts written for you however you like, including in a service, a printed program or online.

Price and payment

The preview is free. Unlocking the full drafts for one set of answers costs $14.99 USD, paid once. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your purchase gives you the three full drafts and the print version at a private link that works on up to three devices.

Refunds

If Eulogy Writer doesn’t help, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked. After a refund, the full drafts are locked again.

Availability and limits

To keep the service free to try, there is a daily limit on drafts per visitor and in total. If a limit is reached, you’ll be asked to try again later and you won’t be charged. If you paid and something doesn’t work, email us and we will fix it or refund you.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to harass anyone, to write about people in a way you know to be false, or to try to break or overload it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
